Blountful Moments Photography Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your booking.

1.2 The remaining balance must be paid 1 day before the session date.

1.3 Payment methods accepted: [cash app, Apple Pay, Zelle, credit card and cash].

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

2.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session to avoid additional fees.

2.2 Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 3 days notice, subject to availability.

3. Copyright and Usage

3.1 All images remain the copyright of Blountful Moments Photography.

3.2 Clients are granted personal use rights for printing and sharing digital images.

3.3 Images may not be altered, edited, or sold without written consent.

4. Model Release

4.1 By signing the agreement, the client consents to Blountful Moments Photography using images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and portfolio.

4.2 Clients may opt out of the model release by providing written notice before the session.

5. Liability

5.1 Blountful Moments Photography is not liable for injuries, property damage, or loss during the session.

5.2 In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to rescheduling of the session.

6. Image Delivery

6.1 Edited digital images will be delivered within [3-4weeks] of the session via [online gallery, USB, etc.].

6.2 Raw or unedited images will not be provided under any circumstances.

7. Session Details

7.1 The session duration, location, and other details will be agreed upon in advance.

7.2 Any additional time or travel outside the agreed terms incur extra charges.

8. Client Responsibilities

8.1 The client is responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the session.

8.2 Late arrivals result in reduced session time or rescheduling fees.

9. Weather Policy

9.1 Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. Rescheduling due to inclement weather will be at the discretion of the photographer.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled through [arbitration/court jurisdiction details].
